This is where our guides teach The Easy Breath in person,
while classes stream live to people joining online.​
About our classes:
Your Saturday at the center
10:00 am: Free Intro Class
Everyone starts here. Learn your first breath and a simple practice for easing pain.
11:00 am: The Easy Breath Class
with room for 25 people.
After the intro class, you can join any Saturday.
Veterans always have a seat first.
Both classes are also live online.
