Refund Policy

The Harmonetiks Project is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to training, education, and outreach curriculum. Because our primary focus is driving sustainable, skill-based recovery programs, we rely on predictable funding to deploy these resources effectively. This policy outlines the terms regarding donations, training registrations, and cancellations.

1. General Donation Refund Policy

All donations made to The Harmonetiks Project are considered voluntary, irrevocable, and tax-deductible gifts. As a general rule, donations are non-refundable.

If you believe a processing error has occurred (such as an accidental duplicate transaction or an incorrect entry amount), please notify us within 30 days of the transaction date. We will review genuine clerical or processing errors on a case-by-case basis to arrange a correction.

2. Training and Event Registrations

The Harmonetiks Project coordinates curriculum delivery, community outreach, and instructional training programs. Registration fees for workshops, courses, or events are handled under the following terms:

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Requests for a full refund of registration fees must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the program or event.

  • Late Cancellations: Requests made within 13 days or fewer of the event start date are not eligible for a financial refund.

  • Alternatives: In lieu of a refund for a late cancellation, you may request to:

    1. Transfer your registration seat to another eligible individual.

    2. Convert your registration fee into a fully tax-deductible donation to support our outreach missions.

3. Recurring Giving Cancellations

Supporters who participate in recurring monthly or annual donation programs retain full control over their giving schedules.

  • You may cancel or alter your recurring donation sequence at any time through your donor portal.

  • To ensure a scheduled charge is halted before it processes, cancellation requests sent via email must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the next scheduled billing date.

4. Merchandise and Curriculum Materials

If physical or digital instructional materials are purchased directly from our website:

  • Unopened or unused physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage to secure a replacement or full refund.

  • Digital downloads, curriculum access codes, and licensed training materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
