Your privacy is profoundly important to us. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which The Harmonetiks Project ("we," "us," "our," or the "Organization") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the website (the "Site"), our digital assets, and our online training tracks.

1. Our Absolute Commitment: We Do Not Sell Your Information

STRICT POLICY: We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal identification information, somatic tracking logs, or clinical assessment data to any third party, commercial entity, or advertiser under any circumstances. Your data belongs to you, and it is utilized strictly to facilitate your personal neuro-somatic training, support your cohort experience, or validate program metrics.

2. Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register an account, download digital resources (such as the Ease the Pain audio track), enroll in our various online curricula, submit an intake form, register for events, or apply for apprenticeship pathways.

  • Information Collected: Users may be asked for their name, email address, phone number, physical address, and local cohort or Veteran Service Organization (VSO) affiliation.

  • Voluntary Disclosure: Users may always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in specific portal activities, receiving digital downloads, or participating in cohort tracks.

3. Protection of Health, Somatic, Assessment Data

When you participate in our programs, you may log data regarding your physical and mental state via the Harmonetiks Operational Awareness Scale (HOAS) or standard clinical instruments (such as the PCL-5, GAD-7, or PHQ-9).

  • Strict Confidentiality: This information is treated with the highest degree of sensitivity. It is securely stored on our protected digital platforms and accessed only by designated technical system engineers or your specific clinical/operational oversight team.

  • Aggregated Grant Reporting: For the purposes of reporting program efficacy to institutional partners, state foundations, or grant administrators, all data is strictly anonymized and aggregated. No personally identifiable information or individual trauma histories are ever shared in public or institutional briefings without your explicit written consent.

4. Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Web Analytics

To understand site performance and measure program outreach efficacy, we utilize standard tracking tools on our Site:

  • Web Browser Cookies: Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance User experience, keep you logged in to secure portals, and remember user preferences. Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies or to alert them when cookies are being sent.

  • Google Analytics & Google Ads Conversion Tracking: We use Google Analytics and Google Tags to collect non-personally identifiable traffic data (such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and interaction events). This aggregate data allows us to optimize our Google Ad Grants campaigns and measure how visitors interact with our educational content and intake forms. Google processes this data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

  • To Deliver Training Assets & Communications: To send requested audio programs, provide 10-day follow-up micro-lab emails, deliver cohort updates, and send administrative notices.

  • To Process Inquiries & Program Applications: To facilitate intake for veteran acupuncture protocols, workshop registrations, apprentice guide certification, and volunteer/support contributions.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We may utilize trusted third-party service providers and cloud infrastructure vendors (such as web hosting platforms, secure cloud databases, and email delivery systems) to help us operate our platform and administer activities on our behalf. We only grant these entities access to the minimum information necessary to perform their technical functions, and they are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.

7. How We Protect Your Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices, along with technical security measures, to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and somatic data stored on our platform.
