Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting The Harmonetiks Project. Because our shipping operations primarily handle instructional materials, curriculum guides, and merchandise that support our outreach training, we aim to be as transparent as possible about how physical orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders containing physical goods (such as printed workbooks, apparel, or training materials) are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected supply delays, processing times may be extended. We will contact you directly via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on weight and destination, and will be displayed clearly at checkout.

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 7 business days via USPS or UPS.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days (available at an additional cost during checkout).

  • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or seasonal disruptions.

3. Domestic vs. International Shipping
  • Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Shipping times to APO/FPO addresses and territories outside the contiguous U.S. may take longer.

  • International: Currently, standard shipping through our website is limited to domestic addresses. For international curriculum licensing or bulk material requests, please contact our administrative team directly to discuss custom freight arrangements.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of generation.

5. Damages, Loss, and Delivery Issues

The Harmonetiks Project is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by third-party carriers. However, we value our community and want to ensure you have your resources:

  • If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • For items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier branch before contacting our support team.

6. Digital & Curriculum Access Delivery

Please note that digital products, downloadable PDFs, online course materials, or portal access codes do not require physical shipping. Access links and credentials are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout within 1 hour of a successful transaction.
