1. Acceptance of Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, digital assets (including audio programs), and training curricula provided by or through the Site.

All materials, audio programs (including the Ease the Pain protocol), breathing techniques, video tracks, and 4, 8, or 12-week educational curricula available on this platform are for informational, educational, and self-help skill acquisition purposes only.

No Clinician-Patient Relationship: Deployed techniques—whether practiced individually online or within peer-led community cohorts—do not establish a clinical provider-patient relationship.

Assumption of Risk: By participating in these breathing exercises and physical tracking protocols, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in a physical skill-acquisition practice and assume all inherent risks of physical or respiratory exertion.
3. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, audio files, curriculum structures, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.

Limited License: The downloading of the introductory audio tool or enrollment in our 4, 8, or 12-week online programs grants you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, redistribute, reuse, sell, or publish any part of our proprietary audio tracks, training documentation, or scale metrics without explicit written permission from the Organization.
4. User Accounts, Safety, and Conduct
To access advanced training portals or specific online tracks, you may be required to register an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Peer and VSO Cohort Conduct: When participating in connected groups, community forums, or peer-led labs, you agree to maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect. We reserve the right to terminate platform access or cohort participation immediately for any user engaging in disruptive, dangerous, or unauthorized behavior.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the Organization, its board, directors, facilitators, or technical engineering teams be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the breathing protocols, audio files, or online training materials. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance by a user on any information obtained from the platform, or mistakes, omissions, interruptions, or illnesses allegedly arising from structural decompression exercises.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the State of Connecticut, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to the Site or our programs must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.
